Our Instructors


Kosru Uddin

Senior Instructor
3rd Degree Black Belt (ITF)

Kosru has trained in various martial arts, including Kickboxing, Wu Shu Kwan and Kung Fu since his childhood. He started training in Taekwondo in 1997 at the Docklands Taekwondo School where he continues to train and keep his knowledge and skills updated. He has been training under Master Tom Denis (8th Degree), who is the current ITF England Senior Team Coach.

Kosru is passionate about Taekwondo and is a keen believer in imparting knowledge. His objective is to support his students through their Taekwondo journey and help them set their goals and achieve them.


Nahid Uddin

Second Instructor
1st Degree Black Belt (ITF)

Nahid started training in Taekwondo as a junior at the age of 9 years. He stopped training for a while to pursue other avenues but has now returned to his true passion of Taekwondo and successfully attained his black belt 1st degree in September 2016.

He is keen to impart his Taekwondo knowledge and experience and support the students of Silverback Taekwondo to achieve their true potential and aspirations within the Korean martial art.

Our fees are as follows:

  • For children: £5 per session OR £20 per month (when paid in advance)
  • For adults: £7 per session OR £30 per month (when paid in advance)
We have discounts available for families training together. Please contact us for more info.

The prices listed above are based on training once a week and are subject to review every September.
