The Polish Winter Camp was held from 20th February to 26th February 2026.
The camp provided a unique opportunity to train with Grand Master Jedut, widely regarded as the most successful competition coach in the sport’s history, and Master Suska, recognised as one of the most accomplished competitors of all time. Participants also trained alongside several other highly respected Polish coaches.
There was an additional opportunity to book evening one-to-one sessions with Grand Master Denis, Master Nicholson, and other senior instructors.
Training groups were organised by age and grade. Grand Master Jedut led sessions for students aged 13+ and Black Stripe and above, while Master Suska and the wider coaching team worked primarily with younger students and lower belt grades (subject to flexibility depending on numbers and ability).
From our school, Mr Miah (3rd Dan) and Mr Hussain (2nd Dan) attended the camp and took full advantage of the high-level coaching and training environment.

Grand Master Jedut – Forget “core stability” — this man’s got built-in scaffolding. Not a wobble, not a blink. Just calmly capturing action shots while everyone else is trying not to fall over tying their belt.
Attendees also had the option to enjoy skiing or snowboarding during the camp, combining elite training with winter activities.
We hoped that the camp was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for all the students who attended. It provided not only high-level training but also unforgettable memories and valuable personal growth.
We were especially proud of Mr Hussain and Mr Miah, who represented our school with dedication and professionalism. They brought back high-quality experience, improved knowledge, and greater confidence, which benefited both their own development and the overall standard of our school.
