On 30 March 2026, the LGED Centre in Chattogram, Bangladesh ITF hosted a seminar as part of their third international program. The session was led by Mr Liu Chen (6th Dan) of China and supported by instructors from Silverback School.

Students and instructors – Rocking, rolling, and somehow… ready to go 🚀

Everyone of all ages had the privilege of being taught by Mr Chen — who somehow made training both fun and educational through exercise.
Confusing, right? How can it be fun… and exercise? 🤔

The seminar was incredibly detailed and intricate—every movement, down to each finger, was carefully taught.

We were extremely delighted that our students were chosen to assist Mr Chen—especially members of our Class of 2025.

The day concluded with all participants who attended the seminar receiving a certificate.

With some opportunistic, once-in-a-lifetime photos with Mr Chen—because if there’s a camera nearby, it would be a crime not to use it. 📸

We would like to thank our host, ITF Bangladesh, for giving us this opportunity to benefit and for making it such a welcoming experience.
Attending Taekwondo seminars is an important part of a student’s and instructor’s development. These events provide the chance to refine techniques, deepen understanding of patterns and applications, and learn directly from highly experienced masters. Students benefit from exposure to new training methods, corrections, and insights that they may not encounter in regular classes, while instructors gain fresh perspectives to take back to their own students. Beyond technical improvement, seminars also inspire motivation, build discipline, and strengthen the sense of community within Taekwondo.
